Everything you need to know before you book — and a few things you didn't know you needed to know.
Group sessions are $25 per person. You share the hour with up to 14 other people — it's a communal, joyful experience that most people find just as wonderful as a private session.
Private sessions are $75. Just you (or you and your immediate group) with a puppy and your practitioner. One private session slot is available per group slot — so they book quickly.
Book at puppytherapy.com/scheduleEvery session is 60 minutes. We've found that's the sweet spot — long enough to really settle in and enjoy the puppies, short enough that you can fit it into a workday without disrupting everything else.
We run five sessions per day at every tour stop — designed to fit around a workday:
9:00 AM · 11:00 AM · 1:00 PM · 3:00 PM · 5:30 PM
The 1pm slot is our most popular — it's perfect for a lunch break. The 5:30pm session tends to attract families and after-work crowd.
Head to puppytherapy.com/schedule, pick your city, date, session type, and time slot. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after booking.

All Puppy Therapy™ sessions feature Australian Labradoodles — a purpose-bred, multi-generational breed developed specifically for human-facing roles like therapy and assistance work.
They are not first-generation "doodle" mixes. Australian Labradoodles are a true breed with consistent temperament, low-to-non-shedding coats, and an extraordinary attunement to human emotion.
Learn more on our About pageYes, completely. Every Puppy Therapy™ puppy is health-checked, vaccinated (first DHPP at 6 weeks), and fully current on preventative care before any session.
Our breeder partners are ALAA Platinum Paw accredited — the highest standard in the breed — and every breeding dog undergoes OFA health testing for hips, elbows, eyes, cardiac, and patella.
Australian Labradoodles have low-to-non-shedding fleece and wool coats, making them suitable for most people with dog allergies. Many of our guests who thought they were allergic to dogs have had wonderful sessions with zero reaction.
That said, we can't guarantee a reaction-free experience for everyone — individual sensitivities vary. If you have severe allergies, we recommend consulting with your doctor first.
Our Super Dog program is a structured socialization protocol built around the critical 3–14 week developmental window in a puppy's life — the period when their brain is forming the associations that will shape their temperament forever.
Every Puppy Therapy™ puppy goes through 1,000+ human interactions and 40+ structured community events before they ever arrive at a session. By the time they meet you, they are calm, confident, and genuinely made for people.
Full details on our About pageTour session puppies are typically 6–10 weeks old — right in the heart of that golden socialization window. They're old enough to be confident and interactive, young enough to be at their most magical.
Puppy welfare is our first priority. Sessions are structured so puppies get adequate rest between interactions and are never overwhelmed.
You arrive, get settled, and the puppies are introduced into the space. Your Ambassador — a trained practitioner and elite puppy handler — guides the experience, facilitates interaction, and makes sure everyone gets quality time with the puppies.
It's warm, unhurried, and genuinely joyful. Most people describe it as the best hour of their week. Some people cry happy tears. A lot of people go back the next day.
Wear whatever you're comfortable in — most people come straight from work or in casual clothes. Plan for puppy fur. You will almost certainly leave with some on you. We consider this a badge of honor.
If you're coming from or going to an important meeting, maybe bring a lint roller. Or just own the fur — everyone will ask about it, and you'll have a great story.
Absolutely — children are warmly welcome. Family sessions are our specialty, and the 5:30pm slot is particularly popular with families. Children often have the most magical experiences of anyone in the room.
Children under 3 are welcome with a parent or guardian at all times. We ask that parents help guide very young children in gentle interaction with the puppies.
Child & family sessions — our specialtyYes — and please do. We love seeing our puppies through your eyes. Tag us on Instagram and TikTok at @puppytherapy and use #PuppyTherapy. Your photos may end up in our Stories.
Please be mindful of other guests when photographing — ask before including other people in your shots.
No — sessions are designed specifically for our Puppy Therapy™ puppies and their interactions with people. Bringing another dog would change the dynamic of the session and could stress the puppies.
If you'd like to introduce your dog to a Puppy Therapy™ puppy, adopting one might be the answer.
Yes — this is one of our most popular offerings. A private session buyout gives your team the entire hour to yourselves. Up to 15 people, $75 per person, fully private.
For larger groups (16–75 people), we offer multi-session packages that can run back-to-back across a morning or full day. Custom pricing available.
See puppytherapy.com/corporateYes. We provide a proper invoice and receipt for every corporate booking — formatted for HR and finance team approval. Just let us know you need one when you submit your inquiry and we'll include it in your confirmation.
For the Fall 2026 tour, sessions take place at our designated venue in each city. We are exploring on-site corporate visits as a future offering — get in touch via our corporate page and we'll let you know when that becomes available in your market.
