The Role
Not a handler. The face of the experience.
An Ambassador is the person who walks into a room with a puppy and changes the whole temperature of it. Certified, trained, and trusted to carry Peace, Love and Understanding into every space they enter.
Ambassadors make Puppy Therapy™ work. The certification isn’t a hurdle — it’s the credential. It covers everything from safe puppy handling and transport to running a smooth event and representing the brand with warmth.
You can work paid events, volunteer in community settings, or both. There is no single path.

The Work
What Ambassadors actually do.
Handle and care for puppies
Before, during, and after every event — you are the primary care presence for the puppy in your charge.
Transport puppies safely
You get trained on safe, comfortable transport for puppies traveling to and from Pop-Ups and Grams.
Home puppies between events
Ambassadors who are approved to home puppies provide the in-home care that keeps the litter healthy and bonded.
Staff Puppy Pop-Ups
From arrival to teardown — you are the face of the experience for every person who walks through the door.
Deliver Puppy Grams
Show up at a home, office, or gathering and hand-deliver the best surprise someone has had all year.
Represent the mission
You carry Peace, Love and Understanding into every room. Warmth and professionalism aren't the uniform — they're the point.
Who It’s For
If you bring people together, this is for you.
Campus Leaders
Student wellness advocates, RAs, Greek chapter leaders, and campus community builders who want to bring something real to their peers.
Mental Health Professionals
Counselors, therapists, social workers, and wellness practitioners who understand the therapeutic value of what we do.
Community Builders
Faith community leaders, neighborhood connectors, coaches, and anyone whose instinct is to bring people together.
The common thread isn’t a title or background — it’s the instinct to show up for others. If that’s you, we want to hear from you.

The Credential
Certification is the credential.
The Puppy Therapy™ Ambassador Certification covers everything you need to do this well: puppy handling and safe contact, transport protocols, home care between events, event setup and teardown, customer experience, and brand standards.
Certified Ambassadors carry that credential into every community they work in. It’s proof that you know how to care for the animal and deliver the experience — paid event or volunteer, the standard is the same.
We don’t certify people who aren’t ready. We also don’t gatekeep people who are.
