The Foundation

Before Joy, there is care.

Every Puppy Therapy™ experience rests on a single commitment: the puppy’s welfare comes first. Not as a footnote — as the operating principle that everything else is built around.

This page exists for the wellness directors, property managers, HR leads, and event planners who need to answer “is this safe to bring here?” before they can say yes. The answer is yes — and here is why.

If you have a specific question this page doesn’t address, we’d rather you ask than wonder.

At Every Event

Puppy safety and handling.

Supervised at all times

A certified Ambassador is present with the puppies at every moment — before, during, and after every event. No puppy is ever left unattended.

Scheduled rest periods

Puppies are never over-handled. Events are structured so each puppy has rest time, and we monitor engagement throughout to keep every animal comfortable.

Safe transport

Puppies are transported in climate-controlled, purpose-equipped vehicles following our transportation protocols. Every trip is documented.

Event setup standards

We establish a dedicated puppy area at every event — appropriate fencing, non-slip surfaces, and a clean environment that meets our standards before guests arrive.

A certified Puppy Therapy Ambassador

The People Behind the Experience

Ambassador Certification.

Every Puppy Therapy™ Ambassador completes our certification program before staffing a single event. Certification covers puppy handling and safe contact, transportation protocols, home care between events, event setup and teardown, customer experience, and brand standards.

Certification is not a one-time box to check. Ambassadors operate under ongoing oversight, and every event is reviewed to maintain consistency.

When you book a Puppy Therapy™ experience, a Certified Ambassador is staffing it. No exceptions.

Bred with Purpose

Puppy health and breeding standards.

ALAA-Registered

All Puppy Therapy™ puppies are registered with the Australian Labradoodle Association of America (ALAA), which maintains breed standards for health, temperament, and ethical breeding practices.

Vet-Checked & Vaccinated

Every puppy is examined by a licensed veterinarian and is current on all age-appropriate vaccinations before attending any event.

Non-Shedding & Allergy-Friendly

Australian Labradoodles are intentionally bred for low-allergen coats. They are consistently one of the most allergy-friendly breeds — well-suited for shared spaces, offices, and events.

Socialized from Birth

Our puppies are raised in a home environment from day one, handled daily, and socialized extensively before they attend their first event. Calm temperament is not luck — it is the result of intentional breeding and early exposure.
